Embed Terms
These Embed Terms apply when a creator ("you") places an UnchainedLab collection shop (the "Embed") on a website you control ("your Site") using the embed snippet from your dashboard. They are in addition to the Terms of Service, which continue to apply. By placing the snippet on your Site you accept these Embed Terms.
1. Who sells
Every purchase made through the Embed is a contract between the buyer and UnchainedLab. We set the prices from our catalogue, take the payment, produce and ship the goods, collect the customs acknowledgement and handle returns and replacements under our Returns policy. You are not the seller and must not present yourself as the seller. The Embed therefore always shows the line "Sold and shipped by Unchained Lab" with links to our terms, returns and privacy policies. You must not hide, cover, crop, or alter that line or those links.
2. What you may customise
You may set the Embed's colour theme, accent colour, background and font through the options we provide, and place it anywhere on your Site. You may not modify the Embed's code, inject scripts or styles into it, wrap it in overlays that intercept the buyer's actions, change any price, shipping figure or customs estimate it shows, or reproduce the checkout outside the Embed.
3. Your Site
You are responsible for your Site: its content, its lawfulness, its privacy notice and its cookie disclosures. Your privacy notice must tell visitors that the shop section is provided by UnchainedLab and that orders placed there are processed by us under our Privacy policy. The Embed sets no cookies on your Site; the wallet connection and the checkout run inside the Embed on our domain.
4. Claims and marketing
You must not state or imply that UnchainedLab endorses your project, that goods are made by you, or that delivery times, prices or customs charges differ from what the Embed shows. Promotional claims about the merchandise on your Site must match the product pages.
5. Allowed sites
You may restrict which domains can display the Embed from your dashboard. Whether restricted or not, the Embed may only be placed on Sites you control. We may disable the Embed for a Site that breaches these Embed Terms, hosts unlawful content, or damages our reputation or that of other creators, with or without notice.
6. Revenue
Orders placed through the Embed are ordinary orders of your collection and earn the same creator share, under the same revenue split and the same payout rules as orders placed on unchainedlab.net. Nothing in these Embed Terms changes the split or its disclosure.
7. Availability
The Embed is provided as is. We may change its appearance, its features or the snippet, and we may withdraw embedding altogether, at any time. An Embed that stops rendering shows a short notice in its place; it never shows a broken checkout.
8. Liability
We are not liable for your Site, for how the Embed is presented on it, or for claims you make about it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your Site or from a breach of these Embed Terms, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability towards buyers is governed by the Terms of Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Embed Terms. Material changes are announced in your dashboard; keeping the snippet on your Site after the change means you accept the new version. Version: 2026-09-06.
