Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unchainedlab.net (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by UnchainedLab ("we", "us", or "Operator"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. What the Service is

UnchainedLab is a crypto-native merch launchpad. Project owners ("Creators") launch merch collections by paying a listing fee in cryptocurrency (currently €1 per product, equivalent). Customers ("Buyers") purchase products using supported cryptocurrencies. Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party manufacturer.

3. Wallet ownership and transactions

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and seed phrases. We never have custody of your keys and cannot recover them if lost.
• You represent that any wallet you connect to the Service is owned and controlled by you.
• On-chain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast, we cannot reverse it. What happens if something is wrong with an order is set out in the Returns policy.
• The crypto amount for an order is quoted by us at a rate we hold for ten minutes, shown counting down at checkout. Pay within that window and the amount you send is the price. Let it run out and you are re-quoted before you can pay, because a rate from half an hour ago is not a price either of us agreed to.
• You are responsible for all gas fees, network fees and any taxes applicable to your transactions.

4. Supported payment methods

We currently accept ETH, USDC, USDT and PEPU on Ethereum, and SOL on Solana. The list of accepted tokens is the one shown at checkout, which is authoritative if this page falls behind it.

5. Revenue split and disclosures

Each purchase is split as follows:

• 50% production and operational costs
• 35% Creator (project owner) share, paid out by the Operator after fulfillment
• 15% platform fee

Percentages may be adjusted to cover production or operational costs. The 35% Creator share is held by the Operator and paid out to the Creator after the order is fulfilled.

5a. Taxes on the price

Prices shown on the Site are final prices. UnchainedLab is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on a sale, none is shown separately at checkout, and we cannot issue a VAT invoice or a tax receipt on which VAT could be reclaimed. Tax charged to us by our production partners and couriers is a cost we bear and is already inside the price you see.

This is separate from import duty and local tax, which apply where a parcel crosses a customs border. Those are estimated at checkout from published rates so you can see them before you pay, but they are collected by the courier on delivery and never by us. See the Returns policy for what that means if a parcel is refused.

6. No warranty on fulfillment

Production and shipping of physical merchandise are performed by a third-party manufacturer. While we work to ensure timely fulfillment, we provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the actions or omissions of the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload artwork or content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• Use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions or finance terrorism, or for any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, its smart contracts, or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or project, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
• Attempt to manipulate listing fees, escrow releases, or refund processes.

8. Creator content and IP

Creators retain ownership of artwork they upload. By uploading content, Creators grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce on physical merchandise, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service and fulfill orders. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have all necessary rights to the content they upload.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove collections, or refuse listings at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have:

• Breached these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
• Engaged in fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful activity.
• Uploaded content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
• Created a risk to the Service, other users, or our manufacturing partners.

10. Refunds

Returns and replacements are governed by our Returns policy.

11. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at unchainedlabteam@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Most problems with an order are settled that way, and the returns policy explains how a faulty item is replaced.

If you are a consumer in the European Union and we cannot agree, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and you keep every right to go to the courts of the country you live in. We do not ask you to waive a class action or to arbitrate: a clause like that is unenforceable against a consumer in the EU, and relying on one would be worse than not having written it.

12. Governing law

If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in applies to you, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that the law of your own country gives you.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email (where you have provided one). Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
